10 MINUTE BREAKFAST EGG MUFFINS
The most important meal of the day is Breakfast! Start your morning by making a protein-packed breakfast in 10 minutes that everyone in the family will love.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 EGGS
- 2 CUPS OF CHOPPED SPINACH
- 1/2 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE
- 1 TSP SALT, PEPPER, & GARLIC
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium size bowl crack the eggs, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix together. Take a muffin tin and grease the tin, add one scoop of the mixed ingredients into each slot and bake for 10 minutes. Take out, let it cool and enjoy a protein packed breakfast.
